General Liability Insurance

Sagewood Homes carries general liability insurance. This is an area where builders try to lower there costs by eliminating this insurance, and leaving the homeowner unprotected and at risk. General liability insurance is not required in the state of Texas, but we feel it is imperative to provide you with the greatest sense of security.

Builders Risk Insurance

When purchasing a new home builders risk insurance is required by all banks to secure the construction loan amount while the home is under construction. This insurance covers the cost of the home if something were to happen while under construction, i.e. hurricane, struck by lighting, or burn to the ground.
